Millstone/ Gateway Condos in Downtown Golden
There are several options for condos and townhomes in the Golden Area. I will list a few of the main ones below, but feel free to contact me for more options as well.
The Millstone Condos in downtown Golden border Clear Creek and have great walking access to downtown Golden and its restaurants and shops. It is also an easy walk to clear creek, numerous bike trails, Parket Park,Lions Park, the Golden Recreation Center, the Coors Brewery and other local breweries and much more. These condos range from 1 bedroom units starting at 866 sq feet up to 3 bedroom units of more than 2000sq ft. These popular condos sell quickly and currently range from the mid 500’s on up. The amenities include heated underground parking, newer interior with granite, open floor plans, porches, great natural light and much more.
The Gateway Condos are on Washington Avenue just above the shops and restaurants that line the street. These Condos also range from 1 bedroom units up to 3 bedroom units. Many have views over Washington Avenue and the foothills beyond Golden. These Condos have great amenities as well with underground heated parking, upgraded kitchens and baths with granite, open floor plans and much more. The Gateway Condos also have great access to all the restaurants and shopping found on Washington Avenue and the nearby parks and Clear Creek.
On 8th St just north of downtown there are several small townhome communities. They sold out very quickly when built, but are just a couple years old.
There are also several townhomes near Colorado School of Mines on Maple and 11th St in downtown Golden. Also the Kinney Run Townhomes are popular townhomes right next to the Fossil Trace Golf Course as well. These townhomes are ranch and two story plans with basements, starting in the mid 550’s.
There are more townhomes just north of highway 58 on 6th St. as well as around Loveland Mine Park called the Canyon Point Villas. These townhomes are very accessible to Golden via the bike trail and many have great mountain views to the West. Canyon Point starts around 575k and up.
